RETURNS INFORMATION

 

If you are not completely happy with your artwork, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to request a replacement or return, after which you have another 14 days to return the item.

 

Please contact  me, via email, or through the form on this page to register a return.The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping using registered mail or a recognised international courier company.

 

Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.All returns must include original packaging.
